Shrink Wrap Labor / Helper (Temporary Project Position)
Tri-City Shrink Wrap – Richland, WA
Tri-City Shrink Wrap is hiring temporary crew members for an upcoming Large Industrial project starting Mid December. This is a great short-term opportunity with great pay and steady hours with opportunity for overtime.
Position: Shrink Wrap Labor / Helper
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday with Weekend work probable.
Pay: DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assist with wrapping large equipment and structures
- Cut, tape, heat-seal, and secure shrink-wrap materials
- Work safely around ladders, tools, and heat guns
- Follow crew lead instructions and maintain a fast, efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- No experience required — training provided
- Comfortable with working at height (ladders, man lifts)
